AETFOCMSL has empannelled Easy Propertys – A property management services provider which would owners in getting their flats let out for rent in a easy way.
Easy Propertys would charge half month rental for their services from both owner & tenant and would ensure that you find a good tenant within 30 days. They would also ensure a free replacement tenant in case one leaves within 11 months. For sale of flat, he would charge 1% of the amount.

- Owners can deposit their flat keys with the facility if they want to so that the property can be shown to prospective tenants / buyers.
- The vender will assist the owner in obtaining police verification of all tenants through the Hawk Eye app of Telangana Police Dept.
