- Interior works shall be allowed only upon the receiving NOC from the Society (after clearing maintenance or any other society dues / charges / security deposits etc.
- Residents should pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000/- per flat and the full amount will be refundable after completion of the work on the basis of clearing the garbage after the work is completed and make sure no common property damage is done. No interior work will be allowed post refund.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that no neighbour is inconvenienced during the course of the interior work.
- Till work is completed, all garbage and wastage shall be kept inside the flat and not in the corridors. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the proper disposal of the same.
- Contact details of contractor must be provided to Society/Security before commencement of the work.
- No personal articles, construction material or furniture should be placed in the corridor or in front of lifts.
- Only use of service lift shall be allowed for interior workers and material. For heavy material unload, use service lift from B1.
- Residents/workers must ensure that no water leakage/ wastage happens. Wastage of water will be taken seriously and a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day shall be charged from contractor or the flat owner.
- No electricity can be drawn from the common society power and if any violations are detected, will attract a fine of Rs. 5000 + GST per incident.
- Interiors work shall be done between 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. No interior works shall be allowed on all Sundays and major public holidays (Plz check below for Holiday dates).
- No. of workers for interiors should not cross 6 at any single point of time.
- No workers will be allowed to stay over in the flat overnight or after 6pm. Under special conditions, a maximum 3-day concession period can be granted by the Society to extend non-audible work till 8pm. The owner must submit a written / email request for the same to the society.
- No Exterior/elevation changes is allowed. No fixed structure can be constructed outside the flat door in any part of the corridor. No fixed structure, grill, railing, etc can be placed in the balcony as it is a safety breach.
- No damage or alteration to main structure, load bearing walls, pillars or beams should be made.
- For any work/wiring outside home, the same needs to be informed to the Society and should be concealed properly after work is done.
