Admission into the Gymnasium will be limited to residents only, no guests/outsiders are allowed.
Please write your name, flat number and time of entry while entering into the Gym.
The Gym timings are:
6 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 10 pm (for general usage)
11 am to 1 pm (exclusively for ladies)
Closed for Maintenance on Sundays
Gym users to use their ear/head phones while working out. Usage of speakers is not allowed.
Be courteous and mindful of the time spent on the equipment so others also may have a turn. For Cardio machines, max your workout to 30 minutes so other residents can use them.
After using weights, any fitness equipment or mats, be sure to put them back in their proper place so others can find them easily.
Do not leave or drop weights from a height as it damages the floor or other equipment. In case of any damages to the property or equipment due to negligence or misuse, the repair or replacement charges along with appropriate penalty shall be collected from the resident.
Proper fitness attire and footwear is required. No person would be allowed to use the gym without proper fitness attire.
No food is permitted inside the gym. Water/drink bottles with proper closures are only allowed.
No one under the age of ten (10) is permitted into the gym.
Residents are allowed to work with personal trainers, if desired. Add them in MyGate app along with specific timings. Trainers are not allowed to use the equipment.
Strictly follow social distancing and sanitize/wash your hands and face before and after using the gym.
Residents understand that any exercise equipment or device that he/she may use within the gym will be used at his/her own risk.
