Note to Buyers / Renters
- All prospective sellers and buyers are to procure NOC for sale / purchase from the governing society of the complex, ie, Aditya Empress Towers Flat Owners Co-operative Maintenance Society Limited.
- All prospective buyers are to check for unpaid maintenance charges with AETFOCMSL before entering into any agreement of sale /purchase.
- All prospective tenants are to verify for unpaid maintenance charges or any other dues before entering into rental agreements.
- All prospective tenants are to note that this is a residential community and no flat will be allowed to be used as a commercial establishment.
- All owner or tenants must fill in the Move-In form at the Society office atleast 3 days prior to moving in and obtain attestation / clearance.
